4.1 30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your home. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item, including Dining Chairs and Coffee Tables.
4.2 Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be in original, unassembled condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Custom-ordered Living Room Sofas may be subject to a restocking fee.
4.3 Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of furniture. Due to the weight of our items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4.4 Refund Process
Once the furniture is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
